How It Works

Design

Describe to us in detail what you are looking for. If possible, provide any inspirational images of jewelry you found online. If you are not sure what you want, we can assist you in discovering what is possible.

We utilize our knowledge of the industry to work with you, inside your budget, to plan how to best bring your new design to life.

Craft

Once a design is settled upon, a non-refundable deposit is collected so that materials can be purchased and work can begin.

The entire proccess can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece being created and the availability of any materials needed.

Compete

Once completed, any remaing balance is collected and you can pick up your new jewelry piece anytime during open business hours. We can also ship it to you for an additional charge.
